Hi wish I could of loved it but it gave me side effects it brought out a lot of menopause symptoms more stronger like hot flashes, brain frog and insomnia so I had to stop it. I don‚Äôt understand why if it‚Äôs all natural. I do take Paxil so it could be it effective it but usually all natural stuff doesn‚Äôt effect me so I don‚Äôt understand. So I just stop it an all my symptoms stop so that‚Äôs how I knew it was the tea.
